For some matters, a doctor or nurse may be able to advise you by telephone.
Urgent queries will be dealt with by the on-call doctor on the same day. The receptionists will take your telephone number and your call will be returned as soon as possible. It would be helpful if you could tell the receptionist any times when you will not be available to take the return call.
Non-urgent or routine queries for specific members of the practice team will be passed to the relevant member of staff and will be dealt with on their return to the practice. You will be informed if they are due to be absent from the practice for more than a few days.
